Give it a try and see what happens.  When I&#039;m able to slow down, breathe and give myself 90 seconds my daughter gets curious and slows down also.  It doesn&#039;t mean you have to disengage from him.  You do have to engage with yourself while being there with him.  You can do it!  Let me know how it goes.</description>
